We look to raise awareness of the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people in Greater Manchester and Lancashire areas, the vision is for a vibrant, diverse lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans community in which individuals can realise their full potential by working together.
We aim to provide our service users and their families with a secure, relaxed environment in which their care, well being and comfort are of prime importance.
The Rainbow House Project have created an HIV Awareness project part of raising awareness and getting people to have an HIV Test currently, there are over 100,000 people living with HIV in the UK. One in four of them remains undiagnosed, which not only puts their own health at serious risk but also means it is far easier for them to pass on the virus unwittingly.
The Rainbow House Project have teamed up with CWB Therapy to provide a weekly Art Therapy Group.

The Rainbow House Project latest event is a new walking group aimed at the LGBT and LGBT Friends. We create walks that take in places of interest and rolling countryside. See our next event this month by clicking the link below.

We will be hosting a community expo in 2016 our date is to be confirmed, this event will take place in Bury Town Centre. The event is to bring all LGBT and Non LGBT community groups together and showcase services that are available to people.
